I am writing in the hope that I can interest you in committing to next year's international rally in Brittany. (Since I have the greater amount of spare time, Gilles is happy to let me co-ordinate things for the overseas visitors, so it would be helpful if you correspond with me, copying Gilles in, so that he is aware of how things are progressing). I attach details of what has been organised to date. Although there is a limitation of both boats with regard to mooring, and participants with regard to accommodation, I am keen to have good Canadian participation, so that we have the greatest possible international representation at this rally. I already have interest from 4 (couples) in the U.S. and it would be helpful if you could let me know whether you are also interested in attending to represent Canada.

I am sure that it would be possible for those attending from Europe to provide camping equipment for all visitors from N. America. (Whether it would be quite up to the same standard as you provided for us in Maine would be another matter)! However, as you will see from the site details, there are some much more comfortable Gites available, at prices from around (US)$255 to (US)$325, per couple (sharing with another couple) for the week. If you feel you would be interested in booking one of these homes, would you let me know a.s.a.p. since Gilles is going over to the site at the beginning of next month to arrange booking details with them, and it would obviously be helpful to know how many of these Gites we might need.
