Sailing
History: Have sailed all my life. Started to race in Canada
in 1965 and won the Zenith N.A. championship. Then 5-0-5 with good
successes for 7 years followed by some racing in Sharks and Quarter
Tonners. In Wayfarers,
Heider has won Canadian and North American championships. Tied Uncle Al
for the N.A. championship in 2003. |
Sailing
History: Tom used to collect sailboats but his fleet is now
down to two boats: a Wayfarer (600) and a J-24. Tom has been sailing
the Wayfarer for over 20 years and is a mainstay of the very strong
TSCC Wayfarer fleet where he helms and crews with great success. |
