left to port. Nautical Nerd is laying the
mark but Oooops will need to tack to
round. Oooops
waits until his bow is in the zone
and requests room to tack. Nautical Nerd
points out that
this hail is not legitimate in this situation and Oooops
takes his word for it, luff his sails and tacks once Nautical
Nerd
has gone by. Was Oooops entitled to room
