34A. Sharp as a Tack approaches a buoys-to-port windward mark as shown on the right. He crosses ahead of Polka Dot Com coming in on port and immediately tacks.  After SaaT completes her tack, PDC bears away and establishes an overlap to leeward of SaaT. But then PDC tries to squeeze SaaT out at the mark. SaaT calls for mark-room but PDC refuses, citing Rule 18.3 and SaaT's tack inside the Zone.
